There are no refunds or exchanges. Auction items may be substituted, withdrawn, or added prior to the event at the committee's discretion.
Auction:
It is expected that the Auction will be open for bidding on November 20th.
Bidding will close on November 24th. Items will be closing at different times from 7:30pm until 9:00pm.
If an auction item has active bidding within 3 minutes to closing time, the closing time for that item or group of items may be extended an additional 15 minutes.
Shipping/Sales Tax:
There are three pickup locations available: Cedar, Grand Rapids and Muskegon. If these areas are not convenient or you live outside the area, we can make arrangements for shipping to your location. Thank you to BTM Industrial for handling our shipping needs outside of our pickup locations.
We are required to collect Michigan sales tax under authority of Public Acts 167 of 1933, 122 of 1941 and 281 of 1967, as all amended.
Payments:
To enter a bid, the bidder must be registered and your credit card on file.
Please notify us after the auction closes if you would prefer to use a different form of payment.
Credit cards will be processed within a couple of days of the event.
